Print or save your pharmacy aberrancy report

The short answer

After a successful analysis, you can keep a copy two ways: Print / Save PDF, or Download CSV summary. Both are generated in your browser from the result you are looking at, so nothing is uploaded or stored on our side.

Print / Save PDF

Print / Save PDF opens a clean, print-friendly version of your report and uses your browser's print dialog. Choose 'Save as PDF' to keep a file, or print it for your records. It includes your effective rate, room remaining, payer breakdown, and the day-by-day detail.

Download CSV summary

The CSV summary is a spreadsheet-friendly export of the same figures: a per-payer summary and the daily breakdown. It is built from the result in your browser and downloaded to your device. It is a summary, not your raw uploaded report.

A simple weekly habit

You can save CSV summaries and compare them locally. Each CSV carries the daily breakdown returned by the analyzer. The app is designed not to retain the generated file or the underlying report result.

Keep a copy before you leave

Because PharmaFix does not store reports or results, save your PDF or CSV during the session if you want a record. Re-running later uses another credit only when it produces a completed result.

Frequently asked questions

Is the PDF or CSV stored anywhere?

No. Both are generated in your browser from the in-memory result and downloaded to your device. Nothing is uploaded or saved on our side.

Does the CSV contain my raw report?

No. The CSV is a summary built from the computed result (per-payer totals and the daily breakdown), not a copy of your raw uploaded claims file.

Current checkout is test mode. Upload only an authorized PrimeRx or Caremark report without direct patient identifiers. PharmaFix calculates report-based rates and is designed not to retain report rows or results.
