OverviewHow it works

How PharmaFix works

The short answer

Buy a credit, upload an authorized report without direct patient identifiers, and PharmaFix calculates report-based rates and room estimates against a 25% reference line. You can print, save, or export the result. The app is designed not to retain report rows or results.

The four steps

  1. 1.Buy credits. One credit equals one completed analysis (packs of 1, 5, or 25).
  2. 2.Upload your PrimeRx or Caremark export. Columns are matched automatically, so nothing needs renaming.
  3. 3.Get your result: effective rate on the dollar and claim-count tests, room remaining, a payer breakdown, and a daily trend.
  4. 4.Print / Save PDF or download a CSV summary, generated in your browser.

What you see in the result

  • Your effective aberrancy rate for the reported month.
  • Room remaining before the 25% line, in dollars and in claims.
  • A day-by-day breakdown so the number is auditable, not a single opaque figure.
  • The single high-dollar claim that can move the dollar test on its own.

A quick example

A pharmacy uploads an authorized month-to-date export showing $100,000 total paid and $18,000 tied to matched aberrant NDCs. The analyzer displays an 18% paid-dollar rate, a mathematical room estimate, and the daily path in the selected report period. The owner may save the browser-generated PDF for internal review.

Nothing is stored

Your report is read in memory to compute the result and then discarded. PharmaFix does not store the file, its rows, NDCs, amounts, or the result. Exports are generated in your browser.

Credits are simple

A credit is used only when a report analyzes successfully. Failed uploads, missing columns, unreadable data, and the free demo all use zero credits. There is no subscription and no account to manage.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to upload?

A generic dispensing or claims export that includes date filled, BIN, NDC, and amount paid. Export it with all insurances selected; columns are matched automatically.

Does a failed upload cost a credit?

No. A credit is used only on a completed analysis. Bad, unreadable, or oversized files cost nothing.

Can I keep a copy of the result?

Yes. Use Print / Save PDF or Download CSV summary during the session. Both are generated in your browser; nothing is stored on our side.
