How to Print or Save a Pharmacy Aberrancy Report (PDF and CSV)
Short answer
After a successful analysis you can keep a copy two ways: Print / Save PDF for a clean document, or Download CSV summary for a spreadsheet. Both are built in your browser from the result you are viewing.
Print / Save PDF
This opens a print-friendly version of your report and uses your browser's print dialog. Choose 'Save as PDF' to keep a file. It includes your effective rate, room remaining, payer breakdown, and the daily detail.
Download CSV summary
The CSV is a spreadsheet-friendly summary of the same figures, a per-payer summary plus the daily breakdown. It is a summary of the computed result, not your raw uploaded report.
Which export to use
| Print / Save PDF | CSV summary | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Records and sharing a clean document | Spreadsheets and week-over-week comparison |
| Contains | Rate, room remaining, breakdown, daily detail | Per-payer summary + daily breakdown values |
| Generated | In your browser via the print dialog | In your browser as a download |
| Stored by PharmaFix | No | No |
Scope and limitations
This article is general product information, not legal, clinical, contracting, audit, or dispensing advice. PharmaFix uses the supported fields and bundled reference data described in the product; it does not speak for any payer or guarantee that a payer will calculate or act the same way. Review current network documents and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Common mistakes
- Leaving the result page before saving, since there is no saved report history to return to.
- Expecting the CSV to be your raw claims file; it is a summary of the result.
How PharmaFix helps
PharmaFix generates both exports client-side from the in-memory result, so you get a record for your files without your report ever being stored on our side.
