How PharmaFix Credits Work: The Pay-As-You-Go Model Explained

Short answer

PharmaFix is pay-as-you-go. In the normal flow, one credit is consumed only after the analyzer produces a completed result; validation failures and unreadable uploads are designed to use zero credits.

The model

  • 1 credit = 1 completed analysis.
  • Failed or unreadable uploads use 0 credits.
  • The demo is free.
  • Credits are added only after a verified Stripe payment.
  • No subscription, no login, no portal.

Buying and spending

Buy a pack of 1, 5, or 25 credits through Stripe. A credit is consumed only after your report analyzes successfully and the result is produced. If a file cannot be read, no credit is used.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting a subscription; PharmaFix is pay-as-you-go.
  • Assuming a failed upload costs a credit; it does not.

How PharmaFix helps

PharmaFix checks the browser-linked balance before analysis and is designed to consume one credit only after producing a completed result. The report is transmitted for transient hosted processing, and the app is designed not to retain the raw file, claim rows, or result.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a completed analysis?

A successful run that produces your result. Missing columns, empty files, unreadable data, or errors do not count and do not use a credit.

Do credits expire?

Credits are tied to your purchase email and are there when you return. See the restore-credits page for how access works across devices.
