Does PharmaFix Store Uploaded Reports? What Happens to Your File
Short answer
The report is transmitted to the hosted analyzer, processed transiently, and dropped when the request returns. The app is designed not to save the raw file, claim rows, generated exports, or analysis result. Limited account, payment-reference, restore, session, contact, and infrastructure metadata may be retained.
What happens to the file
- 1.You transmit an authorized report over HTTPS to the Vercel-hosted analyzer.
- 2.The server processes the supported fields transiently to compute the result.
- 3.The result returns to your browser; the app is designed not to retain the raw report, claim rows, or generated result.
- 4.Hosting and security systems may still process technical request metadata. See the Privacy Policy for provider roles and retention limits.
What is kept
PharmaFix may retain purchase email, credit balance, credit-ledger entries, Stripe payment references, restore-token metadata, an essential browser-session identifier, and information submitted through contact forms. Stripe processes payment details and does not provide full card details to PharmaFix.
Retained metadata vs. report data
| Data | Stored? |
|---|---|
| Uploaded report file | Not intentionally retained by the app after transient analysis |
| Claim rows, report NDCs, amounts | Not intentionally retained by the app |
| Analysis result or generated export | Not intentionally retained by the app |
| PDF / CSV exports | No — generated and downloaded client-side |
| Purchase email + credit balance/ledger | Yes — metadata only, in Supabase |
| Card details | No — Stripe handles payment |

Common mistakes
- Assuming there is a saved history to log into; there is not.
- Leaving the page expecting to retrieve the result later; save a PDF or CSV first.
How PharmaFix helps
Because PharmaFix has no saved report history, it provides Print / Save PDF and CSV summary exports generated in your browser so you can keep your own copy during the session.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a saved report history?
No. Each authorized report is transmitted for transient analysis and the result is returned to the browser without a saved report history. Use Print / Save PDF or CSV to keep a copy.
Does any report data go to Stripe?
The report is transmitted to the Vercel-hosted analysis endpoint for transient processing. It is not sent to Stripe. Supabase, Resend, and other service providers have the limited roles described in the Privacy Policy.

Current checkout is test mode. Upload only an authorized PrimeRx or Caremark report without direct patient identifiers. PharmaFix calculates report-based rates and is designed not to retain report rows or results.
